I received great treatment at Pacific Dental Care. Dr. Surachart was very professional and very gentle. He was able to detect a problem I didn’t know I had – teeth grinding. I stopped grinding my teeth at night, I sleep better and my jaw is more relaxed. I feel more confident when I have to sing. I recommended a friend to get the Zoom teeth whitening treatment at Pacific Dental Care.

Dr. Kesarin at the Clinic is the best doctor (dentist & MDs.) I’ve ever had. Her verbal skills are fantastic and she enjoys explaining everything to her patients (she teaches at Chulalongkorn University ). I spent 1.5 hours just listening to her explain my problems, the four options of treatment, etc. She let me know that gum trouble with the tooth could cause further trouble to the adjoining teeth. The roots and nerves on the bad tooth was tested and I was informed that the tooth could be saved. Dr. Ketsarin presented me with the four treatment options to restore my missing teeth. They were all feasible with the costs different. I told Dr. Kesarin that I wanted to summarize what she said to make sure I got it right and asked if she would review it for accuracy….she said she would. That’s great work. I had my appointment with Doctor Jira Chindasombatjaroen who was extremely professional and lovely. Although I arrived late she took her time and did not rush me through my session. I went in for a general check-up and teeth cleaning. Upon discovering that I’ve been brushing too hard (eager me!) and have developed a gum problem, she clearly explained to me what was happening and what she could do to alleviate the situation. She also took pains to explain to me about proper daily dental hygiene, e.g. brushing, flossing, mouth rinse, etc.

Dr. Jira spoke good English and made me feel relaxed and comfortable; she stopped when necessary to relieve my momentary discomfort and even suggested we stop and resume another day if it got too much for me. Her assistant was also very accommodating and skilled. Reception staff was also very friendly and informative and made booking my appointment via e-mail and buying dental products for future use very easy. I would not hesitate to go back to this dental clinic or recommend it to all my friends and family.
